5 Courses + Sake at Brooklyn Kura | Fury's Pop-up with Chefs Peet and Yamamoto

Acclaimed chefs Yael Peet and Elena Yamamoto –– previously of Fort Greene’s beloved eatery, Karasu –– are teaming up with NYC’s first and only craft sake brewery, Brooklyn Kura, to host a 5-course tasting dinner and after party on Wednesday, July 31st.

The one-night-only event will offer a sneak peek of dishes from Yael and Elena’s new restaurant concept Fury’s (opening in early 2020) and celebrate their deep love of Italian cuisine and Japanese sake. Celebrate summer with an awe-inspiring meal paired with Brooklyn Kura’s refreshing and dynamic sake at their stylish tap room in Industry City.

  • Gazpacho w/ sansho peppercorn and Kaffir lime oil

  • Sake steamed clams and mussels

  • Bitter greens and herbal salad w/ Meyer lemon dressing

  • Handmade cavatelli w/wild boar ragu
