Grand Prairie - Junmai Ginjo
Grand Prairie is a Junmai Ginjo namachozo (bottle pasteurized) sake. We used 100% yamada nishiki (sake brewer's rice) milled to 60%. This sake was brewed with a single mondern yeast strain. The result is dry and complex with a hint of ripe fruit.
