Limited release, Secondi, our bottle conditioned junmai ginjo goes through a
secondary fermentation driven by amazake and sake yeast. The sake is light bodied and effervescent. Usu-nigori (lightly nigori). Notes of freshly baked shortbread. On the palate, it is light bodied and effervescent.
