Pretty, Dry was crafted as a challenge to recreate the "karakuchi' (super-dry) style famous for it's versatility and refreshing crispness. However, here at Brooklyn Kura, we like our sake to be a little bit bolder so we held onto some of our signature fruit forward flavors and velvety mouth feel to achieve a perfect balance between super-dry and super-flavorful. The result is a sake that is very pretty, and pretty dry! Look for notes of ripe apple, yogurt on the nose. Banana-y and tart on the palette!
